Patrick’s event and production experience covers a career history including hospitality, technical production, video production, creative event design, production management, content and executive level management. Anthony is a dynamic professional with over 20 years’ experience in operations management. He is an adept negotiator with excellent communication skills, truly caring about the client partner experience and is exceptional in reaching agreements through collaborative processes.

For over a decade, Anthony managed a diverse team overseeing the day to day needs of the business including corporate events, travel, and IT. He is solution driven and passionate about the delivery of first class client service and keeping the creative energy of Corventus flowing.

As an Operations Manager, Anthony works closely with fellow Senior Leadership team members to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services to the client.  He is concerned with ensuring the smooth running of both the strategic and daily operations of the business. The focus encompasses project management, business upgrades, finance, supply chain management, logistics, marketing etc. The aim of which is to enhance the experience of working with Corventus.

Anthony has worked as a Barristers Clark and a Paralegal with a prominent Sydney law firm. He studied at the Legal Practitioners Admission Board covering the subjects Legal Institutions, Contracts, Torts, Real Property and Criminal Law.

An avid musician, Anthony played in live concerts with his band as well as coordinated sound and talent at a popular Sydney music venue.

These formative years gave the perfect foundation and inspiration for his current position in the event industry.

With just 15 years in the industry, Matt’s drive and deep passion for live events has seen him become one of Australia’s and Asia’s finest Technical Directors and Show Callers.

Matt has extensive knowledge of all things technical and event production related. He is well respected not only for his technical management and directional credits. He has also designed and operated video and audio systems, is a qualified rigger and CAD designer.

Matt is requested time and time again by return clients trusting no one else with their event.  Matthew’s attention to detail and performance under pressure puts any client at ease.

Matt has produced and delivered countless large scale and bespoke conferences, events, roadshows, product launches and sales kickoffs across Australia and the Asia Pacific to the highest of standards.

An extremely client-focused professional, Paul is currently one of the most sought-after craftsmen in his field. He has worked in the corporate events and entertainment industry for over 25 years.

A craftsman and specialist lighting designer & programmer, Paul’s lighting designs are simply stunning utilising his years of experience in theatre and television to produce a kaleidoscope of lighting designs and scenes that guests are always in awe of.

Paul has provided lighting designs for theatre, conference, exhibitions, television and sporting events for countless events throughout Australia, Asia, China, India, Japan and the USA.

Whether it is for a small group for an intermit dinner or an event for 20,000 people, Paul’s is one of those rare individuals who can cross cultural boundaries and understand what the client wants to see.   Paul is also a respected Technical Director, Stage Manager and rigger.

Gary is, without doubt, one of the elite professional audio designers and operators in the Australian and the Asia Pacific region. With a career in the industry that spans over three decades, Gary has designed and operated audio systems for the corporate, event, theatre, arena and music industry.

Whether a large conference or convention, a small VIP gala dinner, a symphony orchestra, or a major rock or pop concert, Gary engineers and operates his designs to suit all audiences and demographics.

Gary is a client favourite for always going above and beyond the call of duty. He has the ability to surprise everyone by finding that rare perfect piece of music at exactly the right time.

Operating live sound at events can be one of the most demanding and critical positions to be in. Gary is one of the cool, calm and collected professionals, whose problem-solving abilities are so acute, that if a problem does arise, he is well ahead of it and normally has a solution in progress long before anyone realises the issue exists.

Gary also designs systems for venues, consults for installations and lectures about the industry, instilling the importance of professionalism and technique to the younger generation.

Jason is an outstanding Core professional with over 20 years experience working in both the corporate & entertainment production industry. His roles are varied and include technical direction, project management, high end vision system design & engineering, camera direction & system engineering .

Jason is a specialist in systems & programs including almost all of the industry systems.

One of Australia’s leading graphic designers and multimedia artisans, Gio has gained over 20 years’ experience working within the meeting and events industry producing a wide range of event-related material. His extensive knowledge and background in print production, colour management and spatial awareness ensures each project is executed quickly and accurately.

Gio produces content, graphics, logos, event floorplans and first-class renders for Australian and the Asia Pacific Region.

Understanding the client’s needs and designing unique solutions for every project is one of Gio’s many assets. He is also an expert in creatively interpreting large corporate brand guideline documentation and producing event-related collateral and logos to the highest standards.
